Community Event / Creation Mal Dracus Kain

The special wing which was comitted by the emporer's seal to protect Aisling Duval has
been reassigned to the regular duties of Task Force Royal 5341 of protecting the empire from enemies both near and foreign.
The Reign of Annihilation squadron has returned from its secret tasks and its activities have been brought to light.

Roughly six months ago, the attacks on Kahmadenu were ordered by none other than Aisling Duval herself, on pain of death. Unfortunately, this cost Arissa 1.5 billion in ship insurance and
put one of the most deadly squadrons in the empire's task force in a precarious position; die by Aisling's hand or be sent to the gallows by military tribunal for treason. Reign of Annihilation
showed how truly loyal to its duty the group was, and followed the orders given by the royal seal.

Due to the sensitivity of the younger daughters position, the passing of the emporer, and Arissa Duval being crowned queen of the empire, the assigned protection of the
emporer's youngest child was no longer immediately imperative and the name "Reign of Annihilation" was simply erased from the royal database, an almost certain death sentence for those leading the raid.

The leader of the group, "Mal Dracus Kain", a third Duke of the Imperial Military was sent to tribunals. His formidable appearance
caught much chatter throughout the tribunals and especially this past month in the final decisions. He regularly wears a black robe to cover his maimed war-stricken body and his bionic enhancements
can be seen covering his face, chest, and left shoulder and he walks with a cane remenescient of a scythe.

It was revealed during the tribunals that he used this scythe-like staff as a weapon to "assist" in interrogating prisoners of war, both in Kahmadenu and missions before. Most of the details
of the tribunals were kept a secret because of required clearances of the military organization, but the final delibrations were made most public. The leader was to be sent to death and the men under him were quickly given six
month sentences for "simply following orders" or where reassigned to other units.

Just days before meeting his fate, Mal Dracus managed to escape the grasps of the warden and his underlings, although all the details are not clear, it is rumored that he managed to "phase through his cell block wall,"
said a prisoner in a nearby cell.

He was last spotted flying one of the empires finest, newly built, imperial cutters; the "Hyperion." It was stolen from its bay only days before its completion and comissioning into the royal military fleet.
Mal Dracus is a war criminal, and considered extremely dangerous, highly experienced, and heavily armed. All pilots of the galaxy shall be on notice not to engage this war-criminal and report his last known location.
It is suspected he is on the run in the dark sectors of the galaxy, and is looking to recollect his most loyal sqaudron of years past. Authorities are still investigating his connections with Mavia Kain.
