Could be a tad embarrassing if you end up in a car accident that day.. Remember what your mother always said? She'd be appalled, mortified and ashamed in equal measure...

The other issue is, it's all very well saying 'I'll go commando' but who's going to be willing to prove it? (I have a feeling I know some people who would be very willing to prove it)

A home pregnancy test may indicate testicular cancer in a small minority of men that have the disease. However, a man could have testicular cancer even if the pregnancy test gives a negative result.
