Male Peafowl still not doing the tail feather animation

Any idea when this will get fixed? I was so looking forward to this ever since I saw it in the trailers. Peafowl is my favorite animal btw
Is this problem known to Frontier?

I have this as well , they start to do the animation but it never completely happens , the fan just raises off the ground slightly
