Engineers Ships Mamba Joust PVP Build - Feedback for a returning player?

Hey guys,

I've been away from Elite for a while now but just getting back into it and wanted to kit out the Mamba for PvP using its speed for some hit/run rinse/repeat jousting action! How's this build look?

I know most say the FDL is better but I'm digging the Mamba's looks and large slots (for pacifier frags) so I'm looking for feedback mostly on optionals/defenses/engineering choices... unless my weapon loadout will be COMPLETE trash in the current meta, then feel free to rip it apart lol
