Don't get me wrong, I like the Mamba. But I believe that she still needs more edge compared to an FDL, to be a viable solution, especially in PvP. I don't do PvP on purpose, but I'd very much like to be in a Mamba and dealing with an FDL equipped with the current meta and still have a fighting chance.

Mass never being a factor isn't a niche, just an enabler for lazy outfitting.
All you'd have to do to experience the feel is to strip your current Mamba until it's down to minimum thruster mass...it would then fly the same as any loadout with class 6 thrusters.
