Nowadays, almost everything is considered as political. it's unfortunate
Perhaps that's because politics is far more connected to what people do and who people are than we have, in the rich, "enlightened" West, been led to believe?
Going to work is a political act, because the current social, economic and political structures have developed to intrinsically link that with your current standards of survival. Eating your bloody breakfast is a political act because the grain that makes the bread/cereal is grown and processed by corporations and people, each working to fulfill their own agendae.
Politics isn't something we put a cross on a bit of paper on once every couple of years (although it suits our current elites for one to believe that); politics
is people and their lives. The very word derives from the words for citizen and city in Greek.
