Manage the staff salary?

Is there a way to adjust the salary of the staff members all by one? It's kind of annoying after promoting them to adjust their salary one by one. Another thing is sometimes I click to promote a staff member and forget to check back later after he really got promoted to set adjust the new salary which ends in him being unhappy and sometimes even quitting the job. A notification if a staff member gets promoted or a reminder to adjust their salary would be nice.

I tend to click the salary amount and use the number keys to input a new salary, instead of fast-clicking the 'add $10' buttons.

I do the same, but a feature like the one with the shop prices to adjust them all by one still would be better.

It's not a set all salary option, but you can also click on the individual staff 'happiness half wheel' to set the salary to that amount. I.e click in the green part of the wheel to give them the salary they are happy with.

Yeah like mentioned above, I just press in the green part of the wheel and it instantly changes.
