Hardware & Technical Manually edit ED graphics 3D option to "HMD Headphones"

Does anyone know where to locate ED's Graphics 3D Options file in the PC, I want to manually edit this file to load "HMD headphones" as I cannot get to this setting in my Oculus windows desktop after launching ED.

Easiest way is to use ED Profiler and let it do it for you.

File is at %LocalAppdata%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Graphics\Settings.xml and relevant setting is <StereoscopicMode> 3 is HMD Headphones and 0 is 2D.

Would recommend using Notepad++ or similar to edit XML files rather than notepad.
