Many Guests are Trapped...

Is there any way to find them so I can figure out where the issue is? No I didn't delete any paths or anything like that. This is driving me nuts.

I finally ended up closing everything in the park, and the park. I found a group standing on a path like it wasn't connected while others continued walking. I deleted and put the path back and they left. Weird
 
Could a ride be broken down with guests on it? Or could a queue be very long and a bug might of surfaced as guests stay on a line they no longer want to? Do you have terrain collisions on or off? All of these MAY come into play. Without actually going through the park myself I can't offer much more advice...

You can’t t click on their names to locate them like RCT3 did.A path might be incomplete or they’re stuck on ride. If they’re stuck on a ride open and close it many times to try and clear the trains.
 
The first time I finally found them. It has happened again and I can't find them this time and I have checked everything after closing the park and all rides. Not having the option to click on the notice to tell you where at least 1 is, well, starting to be a major annoyance.
 
I have found that in my park this message occurs when guests try to get home and want to use the transport ride to do so. Unfortunately, they want to go home together with hundreds of peeps at the same time so the queues for the transport ride get full. Normal guests that are in the park that encounter this full queue will just turn around and choose another destination, but the peeps heading for "home" apparently cannot do that and keep standing there in front of the queue confused. Even when the queue empties, they sometimes stay in this confused state.
I assume this is a bug. Why don't they opt for a walk home or walk to the next station instead of getting frozen.

I also think there could be an issue with mobs.

I opened a tracked ride right in the middle of a main thoroughfare (oops) and had massive numbers of people trying to get into it as well as get PAST it to the rest of the park. It was nuts and often I'd look to see people just standing there trying to get through and being totally unable to. Eventually I tried closing the park and letting it sit "for a month" while everyone left. Eventually my people in the park went to 0 and I no longer got the "trapped" message.

So either a) it was a case of the mobs being the problem for b) if someone IS trapped and they can't leave the park when it closes, the system just despawns them.

Given that my park was more or less happy I eventually took to just ignoring the "trapped" message.
