Map bview configuration

I'm trying to configure the map to show interstellar factors but it doesn't appear to do anything. Just in case the area selected was empty I centred the map inside the bubble and tried a few selections. Nothing made any difference. See video.

Am I doing something wrong or is it broken?

Not the most professional of introductions, but it covers all the basics.

As no systems changes to the light green colour it means 1 of 2 things 1. There are no Interstellar Factors in those systems or 2. that you haven’t visited any of those systems and either scanned a Nav beacon or visited a starports where an IF is based

Look for low sec systems and try the bases there, including planetary bases, or try Https://inara.cz

Thanks, I've tried it at systems I've visited and scanned and that I've payed fines before, it makes no difference.

I've tried inara but it doesn't help when you're at Sacaqawea space port.
