Not sure if that was what he asked for.
There are several distinct locations giving different blueprints.
Without the canonn site especially the ram tah missions will be a lot more difficult
(albeit that's perhaps rewarding. I relied on canonn but botched it and had to find the last entries from ram tah one myself,
and while quite a hassle it was well worth it and I was quite proud...)

You are quite right. My main problem is to find the pylons to scan - it takes ages to do blindly
