Could be lol. Of course there was the weird post on here shortly after the new year stating 2020 was going to be a big yr for planet zoo. He only left one post claiming the next planned dlc was aviary content. He mentioned a few others also but he seemed quite sure of himself. I guess will see if there was any truth to that.

@Swjosdotschka john titor was his name and he’s still only got that one post. Probably fake but I thought that when leaks for the game turned up the first time.
I've just seen his post and he seems very sure of himself. What's very weird is that this is the only post he's posted and the last time he was seen on the forums was that day. In other words, he just signed up on the forum to make this post, it's very weird.
But, well, nothing's for sure until Frontier announces the next DLC. Besides, a DLC for Easter seems a bit late to me. I think the next DLC will be available on March 10th or 17th (Easter is April 12th).
However, we must admit that what he said seems plausible, although I think there are a bit too many animals on his list.

Nah...I love Frontier and think they are very genorous, but this seems too large and divers for a DLC.
I feel the same way. Only time will tell if he was right...
I think you could, if the jaguar comes in another DLC. As I've said in other threads, I'm convinced we'll get a DLC with 'missing animals' in it, i.e. animals referenced in-game through signage/art pieces that we don't have (jaguar chief among them). It would probably be the easiest DLC for them to make, since just about all of those animals can be restructured from existing models (jaguar, black rhinoceros, dromedary camel, and American alligator, though the alligator is iffy at best (to clarify, the art piece isn't actually an alligator, it's a crocodile with the name 'alligator' applied for some reason)).
I think that we will get several area packs (Australia, South America,Europe,probably Arctic 2) and then several animal only packs to fill in the gaps with animals that we don't have all ready. I would also like more build and scenery. I think arctic research station building set and scenery would be a nice edition to the game
I don't think it's that plausible.. Seen too many claims from people; "we will be getting Marine DLC because too many people are asking for it" and "the next DLC because the kangaroo is still missing". A few people claimed Australian DLC most likely would happen on Australia day (26th of January)

If that were the case, I would be posting comments from a pc on a Tropical Island (atm only seeing a gray sky and rain)
I do hope he's somewhat correct. It's not a bad list but similar to lists from other people. Not something special.
Some people claim a new DLC is close because SteamDB had a unknown dlc specified.. We don't know and some people mentioned that it was just a slight adjustment of a steam pack (Like old pack; planet zoo+deluxe and new pack : PZ+deluxe+arctic). Didn't check the site myself back then so can't confirm this.
We'll just wait and see. The time-line from JWE or PC isn't a confirmation for the DLC time-line of PZ. I think the next DLC will give us more direction on the type of DLC we can expect: Continent, area, biome or just random selected animals
Personally I think it would be a nice idea to add a St. Patrick's costume for your avatar, if this day is in a challenge week.

it would be a shame, if you would waste your time on a tropical island playing planet zoo or even worse reading forum content, just skin-dive the whole day as long as some coral reefs are still there.

if wikipedia is right, then there are introduced wallabys in ireland. so we will get them maybe in an european dlc ^^
