Newcomer / Intro Marco Qwent bug

Hello everyone,

I received the invitation from Marco Qwent
I am allied with Sirius Corporation and have a permit for the Sirius system.
I did some missions to get modular terminals.

And then I realize that Marco Qwent is blocked again and that it is impossible for me to go to his workshop. He is marked "blocked" on the list of engineers.

I don't know what to do. It looks like a bug. Can it be fixed?
