Ok, so im having an issue with the massacer missions for systems in the empire that are in war/civil war. I cant seem to find any systems in the empire, for the empire minor factions, that are giving massacer missions on a regular basis. Out of about a week of searching different locations that are in wars in the empire, i have legitimatly only found 2, and that was yesterday. Can anyone help me out here? I wanna rank up with the empire but im tired of doing cargo hauling and passagener hauling missions
