Massacre Mission...What im doing wrong?

I have 3 (2 in the same System)Massacre Mission which leads me to the Res Zones,Signals or Nav Beacons....
It`s not possible to find the wanted Pirates of these specific Faction`s.

I got some Mission Signals which i checked out,i hear these (when i drop in) "Mission Target" Messages.But,there is not one Mission Target in it.

I tried it now for 2 Days,no significant improvement can be seen.

Help.

Hey CMDR. Be sure to drop in on the nav beacon and scan it. If its compromised, you can just sit there and pick off mission targets as they tend to hang around those. Otherwise, go back into superceuise. You should have an updated list under navigation. Be sure you aren't using filters. There should be blue USS navigation points now. Dropping in on a high RES usually nets good results too. If none of this works, those missions may be bugged. Hope this helps.
