massacre missions not showing up during civil war.

The problem is *not* that the missions are not gaining influence, its that they are shown that they should.

Its a control mechanic to keep factions from endlessly gaining, and it should be kept the way it is - it just needs to be clearer that Missions do not gain Influence during War and Civil War conflicts.

Agreed, But those interested in inf know this (or can ask here) and those that aren't don't care.

No one has addressed the issue that it is not giving massacre missions for the faction we are supporting. All other factions in the system are working appropriately and according to their war state. Logic tells me that it has to be something in relation to the way my group is supporting our faction. Otherwise other factions in the system would be affected by the bug. As for the influence, that part doesn't bother me so much as not making the money that massacre missions provide. I guess one could say that is double dipping and I would be fine with the massacre missions turned off. As it is right now, other players are enticed to come in and run massacre missions against our faction with the reward of combat bonds AND massacre missions rewards.

Mate, I literally addressed what the problem is three posts back: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showt...ng-civil-war?p=6585692&viewfull=1#post6585692, and in the very first reply to this thread.

War-theme missions (which include CZ massacre missions) do not generate on boards during wartime for some factions. Not all factions are affected by it, but those that are, it seems to happen to 100% of the time. It's not limited to just PMFs or some other categorisation... i's pretty arbitrary.

If your wartime mission board has "Black Box Salvage" missions or "Courier Job available", rather than "Wartime Black Box Salvage" or "Strategic Data Transfer"... you're experiencing this bug and so you'll never see CZ massacre missions against the other side of the war. There's no "workaround" for this except to get FD to fix it.

Again, please, if you're experiencing this, add to this bugreport.

EDIT: Of note, the bug "seemed" fixed in 3.0 Beta, so I didn't raise it as an issue at that time, but that just confirms it's a problem under the hood of the servers somewhere. (as the Beta boards will be using a different mechanism for mission generation)
