Massive Space Battles!

Does anyone know of a maximum number of players per instance?

I once visited an area and saw around about 15-20 ships flying around fighting. Only one other was a human though.

Just wondering if we'll ever be able to have battles like the below:

If you haven't seen it... get it! :)

In any case, massive battles with multiple capital ships, and lots of fighting. Not just one on one. So far, in both the capital ship preview (and even in the CGI video) we've only really seen 3-6 ships and 1-2 capital ships. Will we ever have massive battles consisting of over a hundred ships?

32 human players. AI ships can take the full count much higher.

Also note, that 32 player limit is only for what you'll see in visual range you can freely fly in/out of instances and with that many ships around it would be extremely busy.
