Master Chefs (rare commodety ) moved to other system

Thanks for your reply, it looks like we jumped the gun a bit here! Master Chefs were moved from Noti to Viracocha earlier this year. They won't spawn in Noti whether your faction is there or not.

What may be causing players to complain to your faction is that a different Federal corporation has taken control of Pataarcy Corporate in Viracocha, meaning Master Chefs aren't available there either! The solution, of course, is for a slave-friendly faction to take control of Pataarcy Corporate from the Federation.
