Match making server

I think I have been disconnected from this game 50-60 times now, wither it be match-making server error, Unknown errors, and a multitude of other DC's or force restart the game, errors it's been what 4 years since Elite Dangerous has been released. And still the bullsh1T....


FIX IT!!!!!!

That's what I keep telling my it department.

At work I get disconnected every 15 to 30 mins
At home it never happens

I blame the appropriate party

And what makes it worse I've been at this game for at most 2 weeks, and not once, NOT ONE TIME, have I ever started a session and ended without some sort of error. reset or other wise.. Two G WEEKS........not sure who is worse you or Bethesda Softworks.

When I have had 60 disconnects in 4 years maybe I will be up in arms too. But I don't think I'm above 30 ever (well, excluding betas).

Do you use uPnP with your router? Have you tried fixing the connection port to UDP 5100? Have you turned on network logging to see why you keep disconnecting?

There is a useful FAQ at the FDev suppor5 pages that shows how to do that, it seems to stabilise a lot of players hgaming experiences, or if your router is like mine and doesn’t support uPnP it gets rid of that completely.

Pretty self-evident, but who cares?

The servers have been wonky today. Kicked off once, menu loading very slow, and I'm on very reliable low latency gigabit fiber optic isp.
