Material Bin Size Capacity Messed Up

The bin size capacity is now bugged.

When collecting raw mats a G4 empty bin will show a capacity of 100. When filled up to 100 it says FULL and does not allow collection of more. Relog and then the bin size is expanded to its proper size of 150.

I experienced this today with Polonium and Tellurium.

I have collected G4 mats from zero->full many times before. At least once per year for over 5 years and never noticed this before. And there was nothing in the issue tracker. I added a report.

https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/12326 is the oldest report I can find - from early 2020, so version 3.6 (it may be older, but POIs where you could plausibly collect 100 G4 raw materials at once weren't added until 3.3)

I don't think anyone's ever managed to get it to Confirmed, but good luck.

This was an alt, which I have never filled G4 bins up to or beyond 100 before. I wonder if it happens only on the first fillup to 100, and once the capacity has been increased to 150 it stays increased.

It only happens the first time you go collect.
As you discovered, a relog then opens up the remaining 50.

That sounds about right, I never started collecting mats at shard sites until 3.3 dropped, and each of my accounts (all 5 of them) saw the same behaviour first time at 100.

I was much more active in the past - 4 FCs were useful at times! (personal circumstances reduced my games playing)
One of my friends has 18 accounts, but is still mad keen.

I filled a bunch of my G4 bins to full, then emptied a couple to zero.

I found two things:

1. The empty slots disappear from the material list.
2. As I refill them the max capacity returns to 100. I must fill and reboot to expand the capacity to 150.

Yep, that's how it's worked since the mat limits were first changed. Relog corrects it. Which implies there are either 2 sources of code or 2 sets of numbers that are referred to do the same job. If you've ever done basic tertiary level coding you know how bad this is.

Some of the Raw mats still have their old rarities in the inventory.... menu... thing.... they are listed as G5
