Material Farming Part 2: Raw (Elements)

Can't watch the video at work, can you confirm you won't get a full bin on a single bio site?
Ashenfox calculated 133 or 136 per site, and I had the same result...

It's always taken me roughly one-and-a-bit Bio POIs to fill up on a top-tier mat.

I do get a bit of the "drops going missing" thing that people are getting bent out of shape over but, geez, it still only takes about 45 minutes to farm a POI.
The entire process usually takes me 3 sessions; one to fly out there and fill up on one mat', a full session farming most of the others and then another session to finish up and fly home (which can be circumvented by self-destructing if you're desperate).

It really starts to pay dividends the 2nd or 3rd time you do it, 'cos you'll be able to trade a lot of surplus high-tier mat's for Selenium before you go.

They should run a ferry out to HIP 36601.

Thanks for both guides - nice and clear - looking forward to the Manufactured Materials guide...guess that one will be a little longer! :)

Scoob.

Is it possible to find those Biological spots somehow from EDDB ? I know that when I select "Volcanism", I can find geological spots like geysers etc. But what about Biological ?

Hi, just to confirm, yes its possible to fill your material bin from a single bio site.

Just midway through my second run and finding all the sites so far have been full.
Still getting a lot of empty drops and I reckon if these functioned correctly a full load would be possible at one site.

Great guide btw.
