I'm at Stevin Dock in the Liu Links system and the material trader is locked out (and the search and rescue agent as well but I don't care about that). Everything else is open. Does anyone know why this would be?

The Anarchy faction owning the station closes Material Traders and Search and Rescue services (and opens Interstellar Factors).
Thanks for that, but I guess the next question would be "why?". Are material traders/search and rescues incompatible with Anarchy?
Has to do with security levels.. but hey at least they got an interstellar factors
