These days, I've been collecting Adaptive Encryptors Capture, the Encoded, at the Jameson Crash Site. Once I collect enough, I go to the Ray Gateway in Diaguandri to exchange them with the material traders for other types.
Every time I tried to redeem, a connection error always occurred, and then the Adaptive Encryptors Capture disappeared, and the redeemed materials did not increase either. This situation has happened several times in a row. But sometimes it can be redeemed successfully.
Today was even more bizarre. I collected 96 Adaptive Encryptors Capture and went to exchange them. To avoid any exchange failure, I first tried exchanging with lower-level materials and it worked. Then, something strange happened. My Adaptive Encryptors Capture turned into 15!!! I didn't do any exchange actions.
May I ask if anyone else has encountered the same problem as me? Is this caused by a bug?
