Does Anyone ever had a Compact Composites? or a Filament Composites?!

Materials for the Chaff Syntesis - Missing or never implemented?!

They are materials which have no usage for engineering. I remember having had some Basic Capacitors and throwing them away when I cleaned out materials because of it. But I don't remember when and where exactly I got them. Wouldn't surprise me if they got phased out in the patch by one developer while at the same time put into the synthesis by another developer.
Basic is not compact.. those are diferent mats.
They are in game, as I just dumped a bunch of both, but not sure where I got them.
