Maturation and senectude being sorta inconsistent.

This is based on my observations during my latest zoo, so I may not be covering most species, but I noticed some inconsistencies within closely related animals and versus their real life counterparts:

- Reindeer and Dall sheep take 5 years to mature, while the other deer and the ibex take around a year and a half. Real life reindeer are fully independant at roughly a year and a half old, comparable to the other deer species, while sheep and goats both roughly mature at the same rate.

- Emus have no elderly stage and die of old age as adults at around 17 years old. Emus in captivity are recorded to have lived twice as long, and have a lifecycle comparable to the closely related cassowary (and, for the record, both animals will be elderly by their mid 20's); they don't get to the 62 years ostriches are recorded to having attained, but still quite long lived in captivity.
