I seem to get a fairly consistent Mauve Adder when I get out of the SRV. Obviously frustrating during surface missions as all lockers and containers are empty on relog.

server hiccups or your connection
they do that to prevent farming methinks have to enter sc and return for mat to respawn (an so do npc)
