In Planet coaster we had an option to set the max amount of guests you want in your park, i can not find this option in the game am i just not seeing it or is it completely missing ? If so i hope it gets added along with some extra sandbox options like the option to not require power or water treatment and no breakage

I added a thread asking for the guest limit in the feedback section. I apologize as I did not include the other options you listed (I think my brain stopped a hour ago ). I hope we see all the suggestions you have listed.
There is an option to limit the number of guests, click on the Menu in the upper right corner, then Settings, then the Game tab.
