May we get the ability to fully tweak UI colors along with the portraits?

FD is working on prettying up Elite by adding NPC portraits and Commander portraits.

Since 2014 we've been able to adjust our UI colors but only by translating the red, blue, and green values in the color matrix.

While we're working on a prettiness upgrade, I think it would be splendid if we got a better UI color scheme control, too.
