Just started to play the game in VR. Have a find of 1400 credits and own 900 credits, therefore can not pay the fine and I am in anonymous status once I docked a station. So how can I make some money to pay the fine if I can't access any contact to accept a mission due to being anonymous? Thanks!!!

You could go find some wanted players in that system (NPCs), kill them, go back to the station, it will allow you to cash in the bounties, then pay your fine.
You could go find something to give you CODEX payments, the same applies.
You could go to a neighbouring system and earn money there?

Yes, go elsewhere - Sharur has an Interstellar Factor so you can pay off the fine there. Once you earned some money.
The quick fix is to do a Character Reset and start again, and don't pick up any fines next time
