Hi. I can't seem to get anywhere with AD. Apart from delivering a few flyers for her propaganda campaigns I don't have the first clue how to get on.

Who do I attack and where do I find them?
I don't want to be messing around with becoming a fugitive and hunted by vipers everywhere I go.
Is there some obvious thing I am missing?
