maybe unclassified Relic clue?

hello commanders, while I was desperately searching for the unclassified Relic, I noticed the signals it was giving near the guardian monoliths.
then I recorded the signals from the same monolith 7 times (I did it 7 times for testing, and I had the unclassified Relic on me)
then i did spectral analysis of the signals frequency filtering and then i noticed the signals like this:

I separated the signals as high and low just like in the thargoid signal language and decoded the signals as in the picture.
(I hope I'm not wrong :) )

then I decoded the output data with thargoid link decoder and it gave me 3 possible system results.

my system was Synuefe XR-H d11-102, it was already
discovered the merope system and the col sector.
if there is no error, these systems must have guardian remnants or thargoid remnants.

but the problem is that even if my analysis is right or wrong,
col sector is asking for permit, so it's locked.

I think my theory is that a war will start in the col sector with the unclassified Relic.
possible new types of weapons, new skirmishes and new enemies (thargoid but different kind)
I have 2 questions.
1. Is there a way to turn on the si col sector permit?
2. What do you think? Did you find any clue about the unclassified Relic?

- finally, after synthesizing unclassified Relic, srv's movements get weird. reacts to every explosion at the thargoid base, no matter how far away we are.
pro on hip22460 It can also react to wave a possibility or related.

I hope I have analyzed it correctly. :)
thanks

You're misunderstanding the tool output - the part that is important is:

It is (in a very unfriendly way :) ) saying it doesn't understand your inputs.

The Thargoid Link decoder expects the data in the format output by the Thargoid Link - which is a bunch of triples making up three numerator / denominator pairs (example below). These are then used to calculate distances from the three reference points (Col 70, Merope and the system you got the message from). Using math on these distances and reference points gives a fourth location of interest. Since Col 70 is a reference you don't need to visit it - it isn't an output of the process, it is an input.

An example from history to give you an idea of how the data would look if it were valid:

Mel 22 Sector YU-F b11-1

hhl lhh hll lhl / lll llh lhh
hhl hhl lll / llh hlh
hhl hll hhl lll / lll llh lhh

Which gives:

well, what could it be, frankly, I am not sure, it does not look like morse code, there are signals in 2 or even 3 separate frequency bands at high frequency, the signals are variable, I think there are quite a few, I took 7-8 recording samples here.
Examine the wave passing into the spectrum medium, at first it sounds the starting horn then the data comes in then it gives the long high frequency finishing sequence for the finish.

There may be a new clue. It will probably be about the Guardians.

thanks
