MBOONI system permit

Thought I had most of the system permits, but ran across the Mbooni permitted system.

I did a web search and couldn't deduce the usefulness of having this permit.

Anyone know?

You are quite right, it does say it needs the Kamba system permit. Kamba doesn't have a permit. IIRC, there were two systems called Kamba and this got confusing with one needing a permit. So they changed the name to Mbooni.

I was more curious if there was any use for this permit than the history of it. Is there any reason for grinding for it other than being a permit completionist?
