Meaning of "mysterious and exiting things" in the patch notes

Reintroducing old bugs and things like NPC's using hatchbreakers which rob you cargo you were holding on to cause you couln't progress because of said (engineer)bugs, is NOT mysterious NOR exiting.
These NPC hatchbreaker weren't active before 2.4 from my experience so saying "as intended" doesn't cut it.
It feels like this patch was based of an old build and that is just bad engineering, like MS "backwards compatibility" style of upgrading Windows to ever buggier versions.
I don't feel like playing lest I bump in to another bug that stops or loses me progress and forcdes me to hang around in the forums more then playing.
Your opinions here \/

NPC hatchbreakers have been around since before 2.3. I would assume the only change is that NPC pirate ships are now more likely to actually carry them.

So if anything, the "bug" was that you hadn't seen these hatchbreakers very much before 2.4. This bug has now been fixed. Since any self-respecting pirate ought to be carrying all the tools of their trade.

Hatchbreakers are real easy to counteract. Equip some point defence turrets.

"Mysterious things" mentioned in the patch notes aren't things like hatchbreakers. They're Thargoid, Guardian or other secret plot devices.

The way the authority ships try to ram you while scanning you outside stations. :)

It's exciting and it's mysterious, what more do you want!?

No mention of this change in the patch notes

Again, no patch notes on this so invalid argument.

Apparently don't work on them. Also, equip pd when you have limited hp available, are not set up for dealing with this and no warning this was going to happen is just silly.

Think you missed the sarcasm here ;)
