As I've said in previous forum posts, I'm currently away from the hotas for the next few weeks, and was wondering had anyone accurately measured the alien megastructures? I measured the generation ships and some of the other megaships by deploying myself into an SLF, with the NPC ordered to stay put, then flying to the other end and targetting my ship from the SLF and getting the range. Anyone could do that with either an SRV and a main ship, SLF and main ship, or multiple commanders goofing about in an instance.
