Mech Components and Mil Supercapacitors????

I've spent 2 days searching for Mechanical Components and Military Super Capacitors. The combat aftermath signal sources in anarchy systems is extremely low (thats where ive heard Mech Components come from.). And yes i'm in a high population system on all of these. For military super capacitors ive been to war / civil war in Federation systems, high grade signals. Absolutely nothing.

I've followed everything i could from the board.. Travel over 1000 ls (I've done 40k) from the star and look for high grade emissions for the Mil Super capacitors.
Been to Anarchy systems looking at Combat Aftermath for Mech Components. Nothing.

Where in the universe can i find these f$%^%^ things?

On INARA it doesn't list federation for supercapacitors - are you getting fed componens? , if so go to an independent system.

Mechanical components....I think I see those by the thousands when I go to anarchy outbreak systems and go to the convoy beacons to say....hello....to the type9s and all their delicious components.

Try controlling faction at war, Fed system for MIL supcaps.

Military super capacitors I have found only in high grade emissions uss so far. I think independent systems as someone else stated.
