Mediterranean zoo

Hey everyone. I'm trying to build a zoo based on Mediterranean animals. But I can't figure out which animals are from the Mediterranean area or not. Can anyone help?

Looking at the range maps, the animals that should be suitable for a native mediterranean zoo:

• African Crested Porcupine
• European Badger
• European Fallow Deer
• Greater Flamingo
• Mute Swan
• Red Deer
• Red Fox
• Timber Wolf
• Wild Boar

You could also add the alpine goat and alpine ibex if counting the alps.

Exhibit animals:

• Fire Salamander
• Old World Swallowtail butterfly
• European Peacock butterfly
• Sacred Scarab Beetle
• Hermann's Tortoise
