Those are banded mongooses. Which I wouldn't mind in the game, mind you.
If banded mongooses can do it, I think meerkats can too
To my knowledge it hasn't been recorded in the wild.
Maybe they just haven't recorded meerkats grooming warthogs yet. If only they could make meerkats watch TV and see the clip of the banded mongooses grooming the warthog.
