I was doing a kill x pirates mission and when I got to the first one he gives me the counter mission as usual. However this time he didnt just offer me to kill cops instead. He told me to meet him at a specific station to talk further about getting away from the bounty hunting business.
I am sitting at that station right now and there is nothing in the bulliten board, contacts, or other ships around.
Is this mission broken or do I need to wait longer or what?
Or was he just throwing me off?

OH! Nevermind. I had to first abandon my existing mission to get the mission to update and my current objective to meet him where he said.
