Got to give a shout-out to NeoTron and his EDPathFinder program. Was having issues finding MEF and found his forum post / tool in a Google search.
Last night, I found nine MEF in twenty minutes thanks to his excellent tool and GUI walkthrough. Multiple versions of images and detailed search parameters can find hard to locate data packets for engineering. Another nice feature is selecting whether you want to fight opponents or not.
