Megaship Cargo Holds Broken ?

Ive visited about 5 Megaships so far in the Pleiades sector and attempted many times to get the contents of a cargo hold to eject.
But no cargo holds seems to eject contents.
Is this a galaxy wide bug with all Megaships and maybe Installations (haven't tried installations yet) at the moment ?

BL1P hasn't (had not) played in 4 months

Although to be fair It can be years between each activity type for me

Another Question: Asking as its kind of along the same lines and will save me hours depending on the Answer

Is piracy still broken in that :-
1: When you disable a ships engines if someone else joins the instance the engines magically repair and the ship flys away ?
2: Is it still exploitable in that you can create copies of the same ship when using wings and making the NPC jump ?

If its still broken because of those I wont bother with that activity.
