I am unlocking engineers near Colonia however, I am still waiting for the invitation from Colonia Council to introduce me to Mel Brandon.

I have obviously been told about him by Elvira Martuuk and I have become allied with Colonia Council.

Please note for the sake of arguing that I have no time to waste in faking this picture.


What are my options? Should I just wait more or file a bug track? Thanks!

Ya, go in to Horizons, you'll get your invite (that's what I did).

Elvira Martuk made no mention of Mel Brandon, and all her boxes are ticked. He doesn't even appear on my list of Engineers.
