Does anyone know of any studies that suggest people suffering from some kind of mental illness, is more likely to be a "gamer"?

I'm looking for information to bring to my next meeting with the doctor. We talk about my gaming a lot.

Yeah, I changed name to my character for the sake of streaming. Want to keep everything unified by name. Because of how names on Xbox work, character name won.

I'll be keeping my old handle in my signature, to aid confusion.

Its basically about people who play games excessively, and the co-morbidity with other mental illness. They end with a rough estimate of 3.1%, which isn't really notably different from people who dont play games excessively. Its not specifically aimed at a single mental illness.

ech... reading, dude? At least link us to a 20/20 video that we can watch while we play.

I have an aquaponics demonstrator, running a small fish tank and in season, chilli plants in my room to improve the environment. Space dementia and zero-G atrophy are well documented phenomena.
