Menus in Galaxy Map Broke!!!!

In Galaxy and System map are broke, If I click on one of the options on the left it briefly shows selection and disappears. This happens with mouse of Hostis.

It makes the map almost unusable. Has any one else seen this?

I seem to have no luck with "User data" filters.
I am trying to filter for Interstellar Factor systems and not one system is showing up. Everything is just grey.

Plus, when targeting the surface spaceports in system map all I get is a navpoint to the main star.
Something is definitely off with the maps...

Also noticed when targeting the surface spaceports in system map all I get is a navpoint to the main star. This changed with update 15 and is a regression.
