I per-ordered the Mercenary edition just over a week ago.
I got a newsletter today say I would be able to download the tutorial, but I can't see that at all and it still states "Processing pre-order" in the order status, so they have my money.
Should I be chasing frontier support about this at this stage?

Oh, how strange. I decided to log out and log back in and it appeared.
