Powerplay Faction: Zachary Hudson Merit Farming NEED HELP

I found so many info all over the web regarding "merit farming" but honestly i found all of these info even more confusing than problem solving

Some says... In Hudson power, all you have to do is find a hostile "Controlled territory" & kill opposite player or npc & 30m per kill

but, i tried to do that but it appears finding opposite npc or player is rare even in hostile territory... I killed 5-6 npc in this way using "interdiction" but i got 0 merit!!! becoz none of them are opposite faction

in the END it appear merits farming is really boring & hard way to do... & i am not even mentioning "cargo dragging from one system to other" lolzz.... its almost like punishment!! hahah

by the way... guys do you have any idea about this?

I don't know what resources you have, but this is what I do:

Get an additional transport ship. Size depends on which rank you want to go for. At the end of your normal play, take the ship to Nanomam and take any free reinforcement supplies. Leave it there, and at every opportunity thereafter, switch on your PC and take more free supplies that become available every 30 minutes. You can do that while you're watching TV, when you get up in the morning, after breakfast, lunchtime, when you get home from work, etc. When you're ready to play, buy any more Hudson reinforcements you want and fly back to your home station, which, ideally, should be one targeted for reinforcement. Swap ships and play your normal game. Initially, you don't get any free reinforcement supplies, so you have to buy them. 100 merits gets you to rank 2, which gets you 15 free every 30 minutes, and is enough to get you 40% bonus on bounties.

As soon soon as you get a spare 100 million, it's worth doing the grind for level 5. Using the same technique as above, you can get about 10% free, so it will actually cost 90 million to deliver the 10,000 tons. Once at level 5, you get 50 tons free every 30 minutes and you only need to deliver approx 5000 a week, so using the above technique, you can do it for about 18 million, but you get back 50 million every week in salary plus 100% bonus on bounties, which makes bounty hunting extremely lucrative. A profit of 100 million a week is easily obtainable, depending on how much you play. I gained 1/2 billion in two weeks.

You can also make a bit of money on the side by trading on your way to Nanomam, if you want a bit of variety in your game, but I find that the time to do it is not worthwhile financially, though it does rank up your trading status.

Once you reach level 5, maintaining it is not that difficult. You make so much money that you can afford to buy the supplies if you can't be bothered to keep logging in to claim your free 50 tons, which are worth 1/2 million each. You still need to change ships and fly to Nanomam at the end of your session and back to your home port. Depending which transport ship you have, it takes about 15 trips.

To point you in the right direction. ;)

Undermining is done at the enemy's Control systems. You can find those by filtering the Galactic Map's Powerplay aspect of another faction - but it is best to try to follow the crowd and help in the coordinated effort on the reddit.
You'll be pointed at targets, and given goals to help you along - and if you have a question, feel free to register and speak up. Lots of helpful folk there.

But the detail is in how things are done specifically. You need to be in those listed systems which are enemy Control points to undermine. Just scan ships in supercruise to drag out and kill.
It doesn't do anything if you are in an Exploited system, or sadly in our own controlled space - despite how annoying being interdicted is, there is little reward from it most of the time.
