Spent all week getting enough merits for level 4 and had over 1500 merits and then when payday comes they take half away and only pay me 50,000cr. Horrible design. I said it before that I wasn't going to do it but thought I would give it a shot. But that's fricking time robbery. hours and hours of my time wasted grinding that unusable worst game content idea in anything I have done. FD I hope you guys can at the very least put in a immersive questing/mission system sometime in the near future. I know you are loosing players left and right because over half the people I was playing with have already quit do to this stuff. Your going to loose a lot more if you don,t get on it.

Yeah, it's kinda weird a bit. Usually, I'm paid for the weeks I've just worked, at the end of the cycle. In PP, you're paid at the end of the following week.
Cheque is in the mail.

i would normally pick the mechanics to bits, but it has actually offered me something new and gives me a bit of an RPG feel which I like.
Yes it needs a rework, but the bones are there.
Give it time, perks will be reworked .
Id like to see faction ships, and titles like " Shield of Faith " because when I see those ships I go " Whaoooooo"

I think It's a bug. Because i earn 10000 merits and half was taken from me. I went to this moment for 3 weeks, it can't be half, because of the previous cycles.
I read this as "Merit system sucks, Bradley"
No, that's working as intended.
After the current week, all that counts are the merits you have actually earned in the respective week, not that you had in total.
And then they are halved each week they move further back.
Yes, the merit system is utterly broken.
