Hi all : )

I wanted to share that video, I've made it with the CMDR ZOMB and IZZY to help them with their Group, the ICESTORM SQUADRON.

I took the picture of Felicia and simply modelized it in 3d in order to speak and be lightly animated.

I had to use a voice synthesizer for the speech, because i'm not an actor... i'm not a woman... and i'm french ^^

I have no idea how long that took to make, but that is very VERY impressive! Someone should point the art team towards this thread for inspiration/congratulations.

Have you considered doing one for for any of the other faction characters?

incredible clever job.

it should be done for all the other protagonists of the powerplay.

it should be done for various stages of the pp moments, (win, loss, reinforcement requests, etc..)

this should be definitely part of the game.

@Zenith: I don't think I'm going to make it for the other charaters, I have other projects ^^.
And the first purpose of that Video was to introduce the group the ICESTORM SQUADRON, by plunging the players into the background of the game : )

Awesome. Frontier should animate the profile images of the powers.

There's some techniques to make an image appear as if it moves.
