Engineers Message from Selene has disappeared and nothing in the Galaxy chart

Hi guys.

I recently gained knowledge about Selene through some engineering upgrades with Tod. I upgraded with Tod to level 5. I received a message from Selene. But then, a day later, the message from Selene has disappeared from my inbox, and I can't see Selene on my Galaxy map. Do I have to complete the mining grind before she will appear in the Galaxy map? I thought she should be there, but simply not yet unlocked until I do the mining.

I'm trying to work out if this is expected, or broken!

You won't be able to visit her base till you've done the 500t of mining. Check the engineer page on the system panel: she'll (probably) show as red with the requirements you need to meet.
