This thread is a simpler Database for Harvesting Meta-Alloys [Only].
Picture Tutorial for "Meta-Alloys" & their locations.
[Note] Meta-Alloys are found with Barnacles [aka alien bio-organic mining vessels]
& they tend to spawn in the same location/crater spots/ and craters all have a "yellowish" tint.
[Special Note] Barnacle "patches" tend to also spawn in several different locations... in the same crater... in the same instance.
[Important Note: READ ALL
Updated: 8/29/2016] Good news is you can now park your ship next to a Barnacle and continue to farm 2 Meta-Alloys every Log in/out without having to launch your ship!
Example: Land on planet -> SRV -> Barnacle farm -> Ship -> Login/out -> SRV etc... until full then lift off.
[Wingman Note] The more people in your wing... the more Meta-Alloys drop per Barnacle. Instead of 2 per cluster by yourself you can get 2-8 per cluster with wing-mates.
