Recently got back into the game to try out Engineers (ho boy this game doesn't lik explaining stuff to you). I flew all the way to somewhere to pick up info on an engineer then flew even further to where she was just to find she wants Meta Alloys.
I can find some topics on it, about it needing barnacle loot etc and how it's bugged.
Now, people have said you fly to Darnielle's Progress on Maia to buy them for now. My issue is, I don't know where that is. I search for Darnielle's Progress and get nothing. I search for Darnielle and get one system...searching for Maia gets me something completely different, but not the Maia system. I get the Pleiades Nebula instead. Am I just mis-reading it? Is that where I need to go?
Failing that, is the bug fixed yet, meaning I don't even need to go there at all? And if so, what do I need to farm barnacles?
